Recipe: Peanut Butter and Apple

Peanut Butter is an entirely natural product. There are plenty of good Peanut Butters out there that the only ingredients are Peanuts and Salt. Or just Peanuts if you are looking to cut back on Salt. Nuts are calorie dense (they pack a lot of calories into a small package), so it is best to moderate how much you eat. However, a bit of Peanut Butter with either of these fruits provides a balanced snack, as well as some good energy to get you through those long between meal stretches.

  • 1 to 2 tablespoons of all natural Peanut Butter
  • An Apple or Banana, sliced

To make it, just spread a little Peanut Butter on each slice and you are good to go.
