Recipe: Fruit Mixes

Fruit will give you a great shot of energy and you can easily combine it with yogurt, cottage cheese or peanut butter to give yourself a complete meal.   • Apples and peanut butter are a classic combination and take just about no time to "make".


  • Bananas are another fruit that goes very well with Peanut Butter
  • They can also be sliced over Oatmeal, granola and milk, and into yogurt or cottage cheese


  • These are a great toss in to just about anything. Yogurt, Oatmeal, Granola and Milk or whatever else you can think of.


  • Cut them up and add them to granola and milk or yogurt.
  • Eat them plain with a couple scrambled eggs


  • Eaten on their own they are delicious, but add some yogurt or cottage cheese for a complete meal.
