Recipe: Fruit and Yogurt

This works best if you are going somewhere that you can store food in the fridge.  Cut up fruit into bite sized chunks and carry it with you in tupperware.  You can either pre-mix it with plain yogurt or bring along some yogurt that you use as a dip.  Fruit will generally be plenty sweet, but if you must, a little bit of honey or maple syrup will do the trick.
