Recipe: Cucumbers in Yogurt Sauce

Serves 6

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup plain yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon fresh dill, minced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1 teaspoon cayenne
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 3 Cucumbers, very fresh

Instructions:

  1. Mix together the yogurt, garlic, lemon juice, dill, salt, and cayenne. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour.  Slice the cucumbers into bite-sized pieces.  Dip the cucumbers into the yogurt sauce and enjoy.
