Recipe: Chopped Salad

This is a great switch up if you are getting tired of too much lettuce. You will need:

  • 2 stalks of Celery
  • 1 Carrot
  • 1 Cucumber
  • 1 Chicken Breast, cooked and preferably cooled
  • 2 Plum Tomatoes, seeded and diced
  • Yogurt Based Salad Dressing


To make it:

  1. Wash (and if necessary, peel and seed) all the vegetables.
  2. Cube the celery, cucumber, chicken and tomatoes into approximately 1/2 inch pieces.
  3. Shred the Carrot
  4. Place all the ingredients in a bowl and mix thoroughly.
