Honey Mustard Salmon

Fish, and Salmon in particular, is often hailed as a superfood.  It is generally low in calories, while high in protein and the all important "omega-3 fatty acids".  Well, as lame as it is to go with a fad, this one seems to have staying power.  Healthy fats are an important part of our diet and often a missing part of or nutritional record.  Lost in the shuffle of the "low-fat" trend of the past 30 or 40 years is that fat is a major building block of the body.  So let's get back to it.  When eating from natural sources you are far more likely to get the right kinds of fat.  And from what we've seen, Salmon is one heck of a source.   

Serve with Green Beans or Mushrooms and Green Beans and your favorite salad.
